Labour, Equipment & Material (LEM) Administrator
Location: Prince Rupert, BC
Work Schedule: 14 days on/7 days off
Introduction
Brunel is currently seeking a Labour, Equipment, and Material (LEM) Administrator who will be responsible for the accurate collection, validation, and entry of labour hours, equipment usage, and material data for oil and gas projects. This role supports cost control, reporting, and invoicing by ensuring all field documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and process daily LEM field tickets for accuracy and completeness
- Enter data into ERP or project tracking systems in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records and ensure document control standards are met
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with field supervisors and project teams
