Enhance global trade operations as an International Import-Export Coordinator at Lallemand Inc. This permanent position focuses on managing customs compliance and documentation for imports and exports.
Reporting to the Finance Controller, the role serves as a maternity leave substitute with potential long-term responsibilities. You will provide essential guidance on customs rules, advise on trade-related topics like Incoterms, and manage import/export documentation. Supporting business units and maintaining relationships with customs brokers is critical to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise business units on international customs regulations
• Develop and update import/export documentation as needed
• Prepare annual reviews of Free Trade agreements
• Act as main contact for customs brokers in the U.S. and Canada
