Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support Sales leader about related information in weekly sales report and manage Salesforce data update and product approval processes with clients (homologation).
- Based on project request, support Sales team for all works about project contract signature, including collect required information from Tracker internal team, contract review coordination, manage internal process of contract signature.
- At the same time optimize internal process for better business operation.
- Arrange kick-off meeting for new project.
- Clarify all related contract requirements and pass to Project managers and internal team.
- Follow up pending points and ensure earliest confirmation to start internal process.
- During Project fulfillment state, support Project manager and Operation team if necessary. Mainly including Pro-Formal Invoice issue, Bonds issue, LC confirmation, Payment collection, Overdue management, Procu...
