This role will report to the Vice President, Labour Relations, collaborating closely with diverse teams. You will leverage your expertise in collective agreement administration and conflict resolution to help shape a proactive labour relations environment. Your strong data analytics skills will also be crucial in supporting evidence-based decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate engagement and manage employer-union relationships
• Offer strategic advice on collective agreements
• Support complex grievance resolutions and arbitrations
• Collaborate with management and union stakeholders
