**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**
+ Provide strategic guidance and hands on assistance for Operating Units to manage through complex global labor relations issues, for contract negotiations, for pro-active employee relations and organizing campaigns, with a focus on Argentina.
+ Provide expert: advocacy in labor arbitrations and with government agencies (legal research, counsel, company lead advocate) labor relations consultation and counsel to operating units.
+ Supports the execution of global labor relations philosophy and partners with the business stake holders on the determined strategy and philosophy.
