Labor Law Attorney

We are looking for a Sr.Labor Attorney (Consulting), in our MTY Office.The ideal candidate will have the following:- +6 years of experience as a Labor Attorney - Consulting.
- Bilingual.
- Provide day-to-day labor consultancy to clients, including interpretation and application of Mexican labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Draft, review, and update employment agreements, internal policies, and labor-related documentation in alignment with current legal requirements and best practices.
- Advise clients on employee relations matters such as terminations, disciplinary actions, restructuring processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Strong client service orientation - a /client first/ mentality.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
- Good communication skills and ability to build a strong working relationship with various stakeholders or clients.
