Become a Lab Patient Technician, a critical role ensuring effective specimen collection and patient interaction. This part time position offers flexible schedules, enhancing your work-life balance.
You will be responsible for greeting patients and managing the specimen collection process while ensuring they adhere to necessary test protocols. Key activities include performing phlebotomies and special test collections, while also maintaining excellent relationships with clients. You must be prepared to work in surrounding facilities as needed to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and clarify specimen collection protocols
• Connect/disconnect holter monitors and perform ECGs
• Complete special collections and all required documentation
• Engage with clients and follow up on their inquiries
• Prepare specimens properly for testing and transport

• Preferred graduate of Laboratory Assistant program
