LA Logistics Safety Leader

Overview

The Logistics Safety Leader for Latin America is responsible for defining, driving, and sustaining the regional logistics safety strategy , ensuring consistent deployment of logistics safety programmes and governance across all LA operations. The role focuses on strengthening our Safety Culture by promoting safety leadership, ownership, and accountability at all levels. The person will drive continuous logistics safety improvements through robust KPIs monitoring, field engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. The role will also ensure the robust governance of EVD/iPOMS , leading root cause analysis (RCA) , and promoting strong field engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and sustain the Logistics Safety Strategy for the Latin America region, aligned with global safety priorities.
• Lead deployment and governance of logistics safety programmes, ensuring consistent execution across all LA operations.
