Key Responsibilities
- Image Deployment: Deploy and test Windows 11 images, and application packages using SCCM.
- Migration Execution: Migrate user data and profiles securely, minimizing downtime and ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Tier I support during and after the rollout to resolve deployment incidents.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation regarding inventory, migration status, and known issues.
