Know Your Customer (KYC) Manager

As a KYC Managerwithin theGlobal Corporate Bankingteam, you will be responsible for the day-to-day overall management of KYCRelationshipOfficers. You will play a key role in ensuring the business is implementing and maintaining a robust AML/KYC program. Your role will involve managing a team ofaround 5 KYC Relationship Officers, recruiting, performance management, employee development and coaching, training, and staff readiness. You will also be responsible for maintaining oversight and ultimate responsibility for a regionally aligned KYC portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback via informal discussions, quarterly/semi annual 3+/3- meetings and annual review process. Represent staff's performance during semi-annual Talent review discussions.
