Job Description
Support children's growth as a Responsible Adult at Kitimat Community Development Centre’s Out of School Care Program. This full-time role includes creative engagement and care during split shifts.
We are hiring three Responsible Adults to support our child care initiatives in picturesque Kitimat, BC. This role values creativity and provides the chance to make a positive impact on children's lives while adhering to an inclusive and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement creative activities for kids
• Facilitate engaging group and individual sessions
• Record child developmental observations
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Follow childcare center rules and guidelines
Requirements:
• Responsible Adult Certification available
• Degree/diploma in ECE or related field
