A leading manufacturing company in Juarez, Nuevo León is seeking a qualified candidate to supervise operations related to tunnel kilns and robotic spray processes.This role involves managing personnel, improving productivity, and adhering to safety standards.Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing.Strong knowledge of kiln operations and ceramic engineering is preferred, along with ISO and Six Sigma familiarity.Onsite work mode is required.
