Job Description
Main Accountabilities :
Behave as customer primary contact for sales and technical inquiries.Responsible to develop and execute activity plan for existing & new customers, arrange regular meetings, and build relationships with customers to understand their needs.Manage key accounts and maintain regular engagement with customers.Build customer trust through regular site visits and responsive communication to maintain customer satisfaction.Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Epiroc equipment and related solutions or package.Lead negotiations and support contract finalization with customers.Cover all customer positions: mining owner, mining contractors, drilling and blasting contractors, mining consultantAchieve annual sales targets and business growth objectives.Coordinate with internal technical teams and related divisions to provide equipment solutions t...
