You will be responsible for overseeing daily workflow, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sales in the practice. As a Licensed Optician, you’ll lead a team dedicated to providing high-quality eyewear and patient care while managing resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store operations and workflow
• Dispense eyewear, contact lenses, and perform fittings
• Drive sales and achieve performance targets
• Train and support staff to maintain high service standards
• Handle patient concerns with professionalism
Requirements:
• Must be a Licensed Optician in BC
• Management experience is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of optical lenses and products
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and self-motivated
