Drive impactful training for clinical teams at Kardium as a Field Clinical Specialist Trainer in a remote/hybrid role. Help develop skills that lead to better patient outcomes.
As a Field Clinical Specialist Trainer at Kardium, you will be instrumental in creating a training infrastructure for Field Clinical Specialists in the U.S. This hybrid position focuses on delivering structured training and ensuring that specialists are prepared to utilize the Globe® Pulsed Field System effectively. You will work collaboratively with various teams to enrich the educational framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consistent training programs for field specialists
• Coordinate logistical aspects of training sessions
• Develop and enhance educational materials
• Conduct onboarding training for new hires
• Ensure progress tracking through feedback collection
Requirements:
• Strong background in clinical or MedTech roles
