KANIKONRIIO ADVISOR YOUTH LIFE PROMOTION – FT Position

JOB SUMMARY: The Kanikonriio Advisory Youth Life Promotions reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Manager of the Kanikonriio (Good Mind) Child & Youth Programs, Six Nations of the Grand River Social Services, and Six Nations of the Grand River Elected Council. The Kanikonriio Advisor (herein referred to as “YLP Advisor”) is responsible for providing a range of direct and indirect services to children and youth ages 0-18 experiencing mental health and addiction related difficulties. Services may include but are not limited to assessing and developing individual care plans; developing and delivering pro-social groups; and creating programming to support mental wellbeing and reduce the risk of suicide.
