Responsibilities

• Develop J&J to be a strategic partner, including long‑term stakeholder management and value‑creation activities.
• Commercial responsibility for the account(s)/region/country as agreed with KAM Director.
• Establish relationships with the Sales‑Marketing‑and Value Creation organizations and coordinate activities with them.
• Coordinate involvement of internal stakeholders, including supply chain, HEMA, Professional Education, Commercial Excellence, and more.
• Lead the Integrated Account Team (IAT) and be responsible for account planning, including milestone plans for a one‑year and three‑year period.
