Responsibilities
- Deliver results and excellence in execution.
- Comply with sales objectives, distribution, product mix, picture of success in each customer service.
- Develop and manage the sales plan for your territory (Logical Paths) based on the delivery of business priorities.
- Manage the performance of the territory / channel / account on a monthly / quarterly basis, working with the clients / distributor to guarantee delivery of the forecast and budget (volume / value / execution) in line with Bacardi Scorecard.
- Act as the leading contact with the client, creating effective long‑term relationships with customers.
- Monitor the activities of the competition and generate action plans based on the analysis.
- Communicate effectively with clients to seek input to improve products and services and solve day‑to‑day operational questions / problems.
- Implement the best standardized business practices.
