The Quality Management team at ZF Santa Rosa de Jauregui is responsible for ensuring robust warranty and field failure analysis processes in close collaboration with customers, plant functions, and global engineering centers. The team operates at the interface between production, engineering, and customer service, driving data‑based decisions and continuous improvement. Through structured problem‑solving and compliance with VDA and IATF standards, the team actively contributes to ZF’s Zero Defects mindset.
