Job Description
As a Junior Service Desk Analyst , you will be responsible for providing internal technical support to employees, ensuring a smooth experience with tools, systems, and equipment used in their daily work routine.
Responsibilities
- Provide internal technical support to employees via phone, in person, and digital channels
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment preparation, setup, and shipment
- Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, peripherals, access requests, collaboration tools, and internal systems
- Perform installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of hardware and software
- Support employees using Windows and Linux environments
- Handle support tickets with agility, ownership, and good documentation practices
