Junior Sales Operations Analyst

We are looking for

a driven and enthusiastic Sales Operations Analyst (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway

Be an admin for Salesforce and other tools of our Sales Stack. 

Manage tickets by our Sales team in a fast and proactive manner, to ensure continuity of operations

Create and Analyze sales reports to deliver to different stakeholders (internal and external) maintaining data accuracy and easy accessibility.

Work on delicate CRM operations such as massive data import / export / update, ensuring data integrity

Analyse sales processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Work on heterogeneous projects assigned by your manager

Your basic qualifications

High level of English, both written and spoken 

Minimum 1+ years of experience as Business Analyst/Sales Operations/Operations
