About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment to join our team in Medellín and provide direct support to our Recruiter Operations Team Lead. (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with all legal benefits included. Based on performance and company growth, there is the possibility of extending the contract to an indefinite term.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct first contact calls with applicants.
- Administer and manage recruitment tests and assessments.
- Support high-volume recruitment processes for multiple positions.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in mass/high-volume recruitment .
- English level: C1 (required) - must be able to conduct interviews and communicate fluently in English.
