Junior Property Accountant

Our growing and forward thinking downtown client in real estate, is seeking a Junior Property Accountant for their dynamic team. Reporting to an Accounting Manager, the Junior Property Accountant will be responsible for a portfolio with a mix of commercial and industrial properties. Specific responsibilities will include assisting with full cycle accounting for a mixed property portfolio and support the annual CAM reconciliation budgeting processes.
