Junior project administrator (North York)

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Junior Project Administrator to execute commercial and residential renovation projects from procurement through completion. This role is highly execution-focused, with responsibility for cost control, subcontractor coordination, labour management, and ensuring work is delivered in accordance with specifications, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Subcontract Management

   • Obtain competitive bids and quotations for all subcontracted scopes of work
   • Analyze pricing, scope coverage, and identify cost-saving opportunities
   • Recommend subcontract awards and assist in contract finalization

2. Budgeting & Cost Control

   • Prepare and manage general conditions budget (site costs, supervision, logistics, etc.)
   • Track project costs against budget and report variances
