Junior Product Support Specialist Needed
Job Description
Become a cornerstone of customer service as a Junior Product Support Specialist at 1840 & Company. Support customers and solve challenging issues in a full-time independent capacity.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT and have 3-4 years of experience in technical support. In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for complex inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and lead knowledge base development. Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams will ensure effective solutions and customer satisfaction.

• Resolve complex issues through troubleshooting
