The ideal candidate will bring to the role a minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury (AB), demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence in their work and a keen understanding of the significance of providing exceptional client service. Your new role In this new position, your duties will encompass: Drafting pleadings such as statements of claim Preparing motion materials Representing in motions court Participating in examinations for discovery Composing mediation memorandums Attending mediation sessions Scheduling trials Drafting pre-trial conference documents Participating in pre-trial conferences Facilitating claim settlements Involvement in various legal proceedings including examinations for discovery, case conferences, mediations, IBC and other insurance-related confe...
