Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá, supporting Puerto Rico. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The position involves managing a client portfolio, handling policy endorsements, billing, and maintaining insurance programs, including policy activation, review, and confirmation. You will be part of a dynamic team supporting Colombia and other LATAM countries on a new project.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of insurance clients, including handling endorsements, billing, and policy maintenance (inclusion, exclusion, modifications, and collections).
- Activate policy issuance, review, and confirm policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
