Junior Lawyer for contracts

JOB PURPOSE

The Junior Lawyer for contracts ensures an efficient claims service, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, providing legal assistance focused on contracts.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Analyses and draft of contracts for internal customers: marketing, operation, finance and commercial, and ensures that the Company replies in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;

• Handling and management of Contractual Matters;

• Keeps contacts and ensures links between the Company and service provider;

• Maintain the control of agreements in force;

• Actively contributes to the legal team’s ongoing development of knowledge, skills and departmental processes.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)

• Advanced skills in English (spoken and written);

• Law Degree and register at “OAB”;
