The Opportunity
The role is full-time, permanent working out of our client’s Oshawa office. You will work from Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, but some flexibility would be required to work off-hours or on weekends, when needed.
Position Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to fill the role of Junior I.T. Specialist. This position is a critical support role in the Information Technology department, reporting to the Manager, Computer and Information Systems. You will be responsible for the maintenance of networking systems and devices, as well as server updates.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with employee equipment.

Oversee the maintenance of multiple servers, encompassing both physical and cloud-based systems.

Generate access cards for in-house personnel and present door access reports when necessary.
