Junior High Science Teacher

The successful candidate

will teach a combination of Grade 7, 8, and/or 9 sciences, with specific assignments determined based on school needs and teacher strengths. This is a probationary contract commencing on August 20, 2026 and concluding on June 30, 2027. Teaching Responsibilities Teach junior high science courses aligned with Alberta Programs of Study. Design and deliver engaging, outcomes-aligned instruction using effective assessment practices. Use formative and summative assessment to monitor student progress and inform instruction. Support diverse learners through differentiated instruction and responsive teaching practices. Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and academic growth.
