Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd is actively seeking a Junior Geologist to support its exploration team at the Hixon field office. This role involves logging NQ/HQ drill core, data entry, and utilizing Micromine to produce geological sections. You will also participate in fieldwork, bedrock mapping, and collaborate with team members to contribute to effective exploration campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Log oriented drill core according to QA/QC procedures
• Manage data entry and maintain accurate databases
• Utilize Micromine for map and section generation
• Conduct georeferencing and digitizing of historical data
• Participate in field mapping and assessments
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of core logging experience
