Job Description

Barilla is currently looking for a Junior Field Sales Representative to join the commercial team in Roma.

In this role, you will work with our trade & sales teams to grow our retail store sales. You will manage and influence customer relationships at the store level, delivering the best results for Barilla in line with the sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Land the field sales strategy in store, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives, in terms of volumes and net sales for the assigned sales points, in your area of responsibility.
• Guarantee the optimal execution of in-store promotional plans, sales activities and new product launches, according to defined plans and Barilla In-Store blueprint.
• Ensure the in-store presence of Barilla product portfolio, identifying and improving the right shelf allocation.
