Barilla is currently looking for a Junior Field Sales Representative to join the commercial team in Napoli.
The Role
The Junior Field Sales Representative will work with our trade & sales teams to grow our retail store sales. She/he is responsible for managing and influencing the customer relationship at store level, delivering the best results for Barilla in line with the sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Land the field sales strategy in store, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives, in terms of volumes and net sales for the assigned sales points, in their area of responsibility.
- Guarantee the optimal execution of in-store promotional plans, sales activities and new product launches, according to defined plans and Barilla In-Store blueprint.
