Job Description

The Customer Service Representative provides an exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email. They manage working relationships with customers and insurance partners and provide administrative support for the repair facility team.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person, and via email.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using the repair management system.
• Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments.
• Prepare repair orders with proper documentation.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE.
• Manage car rental information.
