Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement compliance policies to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal standards
- Conduct audits and prepare compliance reports for submission to regulatory agencies
- Assist in contract drafting, legal research, and analysis of regulatory changes affecting the company
- Coordinate with internal teams to support compliance training and policy communication
- Support internal investigations of compliance issues and document findings for management review
Qualifications
- Law graduate and Philippine Bar passer
- At least 2 years of experience in legal, compliance, or corporate law practice
- Strong knowledge of corporate compliance regulations and industry standards
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools, with strong attention to detail and integrity
