Job Description
Overview
As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing building system operations. This role focuses heavily on water treatment systems, HVAC support, and preventative maintenance, ensuring the optimal performance of plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Water Treatment Oversight: Manage, monitor, and maintain building water treatment systems.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute routine preventive maintenance calls and troubleshoot issues across building systems.
- HVAC Support: Respond to and assist with HVAC service calls, climate control adjustments, and system troubleshooting.
- Job Shadowing & Cross-Training: Shadow experienced operators to learn facility-specific systems and expand operational capabilities.
