Junior Accounting Specialist Remote – Mexico Full‐time | Contractor⏰ Schedule:8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PSTAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Junior Accounting Specialist to support day‐to‐day bookkeeping and accounting operations for multiple clients.
This role is ideal for someone early‐to‐mid in their accounting career who enjoys structured processes, execution‐focused work, and supporting month‐end activities.This is a hands‐on, operational role with clearly defined workflows and close collaboration with accounting and finance teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping Support• Record and categorize financial transactions in accounting software• Maintain accurate general ledger records• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes• Prepare and post journal entries as requiredReporting & Close Support• Assist with month‐end close activities• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries• Review transactions for ...
