- Record daily financial transactions (AP, AR, journal entries) in the accounting system.
- Assist in preparing monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, suppliers, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Support in processing invoices, expense reports, and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial data for audits, budgets, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and report on outstanding receivables and payables.
