Junior Accountant
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, support financial reporting, and help ensure accuracy in our financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
•Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Perform data entry for bank transactions and credit card payments
• Assist the Chief Accountant with various accounting duties
• Reconcile bank statements and vendors accounts
• Assist with preparing financial reports and statements
Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
