Jr. Systems Administrator

Salary Range: CA$60,000.00 To CA$60,000.00 Annually

PictureShop Vancouver is looking for a junior to intermediate systems administrator to help with a busy postproduction office. The responsibilities of this position are diverse and involve many areas of the organization’s technology systems. This position will work under the Director of Engineering and support the daily operation of the production environment, operators and clients as needed and work to push the company’s technology and processes forward.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Help Desk
• Assist internal and external clients and users with helpdesk matters (i.e. troubleshooting log in, email, printer, keyboard, mouse, tablets, and monitor issues) and properly follow escalation procedures to resolve issues in a timely manner.
