Jr Manager Financial Planning

The FP&A & Marketing Finance Jr. Manager plays a critical role in driving financial planning and business performance for the Mexico business, partnering with the Finance Director to steer the company’s P&L from Volume to EFO and drive business performance. The role goes beyond financial analysis. It is a central position responsible for leading end‑to‑end financial planning, ensuring strong governance of marketing and structure investments, and providing clear visibility on the key drivers of business performance. Acting as a trusted finance partner to the Leadership Team, the role translates financial insights into strategic actions, influencing key business decisions and ensuring alignment between financial outcomes and commercial priorities, while partnering closely with the Marketing organization to drive disciplined and value‑accretive A&P investments.
