Duration: 1 Year to Start, possibility of extension
Location: Montreal (3 days/week onsite)
Responsibilities:
Support Kroll software deployment to pharmacies across Quebec.Create and maintain training materials for Kroll release support.Provide in-person training and troubleshooting for pharmacy staff.Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth rollout and resolve issues.Travel to pharmacies across Quebec for in-person support as needed.Collect feedback and refine the deployment process.Must-Have Skills:
Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)Based in Quebec with the ability to travel across the province.Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or store rollouts preferred.Strong communication skills and ability to create clear training materials.
