Parts Coordination related to customer equipment maintenance and repair, in both the shop and fieldConsistency in communicating estimated delivery dates to the service operations teamCommunicate shipping options and freight estimates to the Service Operations teamFollow up on requests from the service team and remain accountable until the transaction is completeDelivery of parts to various locations as determined by the service supervisors and CSMParticipate in parts related special projects and assignmentsParticipate in call quality and performance initiatives as requiredOther functions may include but are not limited to:
