Become a Security Liaison at Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, where you will be essential in ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for all guests. This is an inviting role that emphasizes hospitality alongside security.
Reporting to the Manager of Security Services, your responsibilities will include crowd control, property monitoring, and quick response to emergencies. You’ll engage with guests, assist with special needs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining a friendly presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee crowd management and ensure adherence to aquarium policies
• Utilize two-way radios for effective communication during emergencies
• Assist guests and respond to their special needs
• Detect and report thefts and safety hazards
• Provide security coverage during special events
Requirements:
• Completion of Law and Security College Diploma or equivalent
• CPR and First Aid certification mandated
