Northumberland Hills Hospital is looking for a full-time Anesthesiologist to start in Fall 2026. Engage in a collaborative and community-focused environment in Cobourg, Ontario.
At Northumberland Hills Hospital, you will work in a facility that offers a robust anesthetic service for diverse procedures including General Surgery and OB/GYN. Collaborate with a dedicated team and utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including Drager Zeus machines, to ensure the highest level of care. The position includes a manageable call ratio, making it ideal for a balanced work-life commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for surgical patients
• Participate in home call rotation of 1:6
• Collaborate with Anesthesia Assistants and surgical teams
• Support low-risk Obstetrics and C-Section services
• Ensure adherence to patient safety protocols

• MD with Anesthesiology specialization
• License to practice in Ontario
