Elevate customer interactions as a Brand Ambassador for American Eagle in White Oaks Mall! Your ability to connect with guests will create loyal fans of AE and Aerie.
As the face of our brand, your main goal is ensuring every guest leaves happy. You'll actively engage with shoppers, employ the AEO Selling Model, and share product insights. This part-time role requires versatility across store areas including salesfloor, fitting rooms, and stockroom, while adhering to company standards and resolving any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and assist customers using the AEO Selling Model
• Share expertise on AE and Aerie merchandise
• Promote the AEO loyalty program with enthusiasm
• Flexibly work in different store areas as needed
• Solve customer concerns in a friendly manner
Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Previous experience in retail is advantageous
• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
