In this customer-facing role, you’ll embody the spirit of AEO while enhancing every guest's shopping encounter through genuine connections. Your knowledge of AE and Aerie products will be essential as you help customers navigate their options, all while being adaptable across multiple store zones.

• Implement the AEO Selling Model to engage customers
• Provide informative product education to shoppers
• Introduce guests to loyalty programs and brand initiatives
• Assist across different store zones, including fitting rooms
• Effectively handle guest inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
• Strong enjoyment of engaging with customers
• Energetic and adept at juggling tasks
• Availability during peak shopping times
• Previous experience in retail preferred
