In this part-time position, you’ll actively engage shoppers using the AEO Selling Model while sharing your passion for AE and Aerie's products. You will be responsible for educating guests on product features, signing them up for loyalty programs, and maintaining efficiency across various store areas. Your role is crucial in resolving any guest concerns and supporting team initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with guests to enhance their shopping experience
• Educate on AE & Aerie products and features
• Introduce loyalty and brand channels to shoppers
• Flex across different store locations as needed
• Address guest concerns proactively within policies
Requirements:
• Prior retail experience is beneficial
• Energetic with multitasking capabilities
