• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Provide detailed information about AE & Aerie products
• Share exciting details about the AEO loyalty program
• Transition smoothly among Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Solve guest issues effectively and adhere to policies
