Job Description
MAJOR FUNCTION
: The Director of Assessment and Accreditation will assist the Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness by providing administrative leadership for all assessment efforts on campus, as well as coordinate continued compliance with SACSCOC principles and policies.Primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
Accreditation and Assessment activities - including managing the College’s assessment of student and program learning outcomes process, by:
- Reviewing and reaffirming student leaning outcomes, curriculum maps, and 5-Year Plan for Associate of Science degree programs
- Improving the College’s assessment processes and procedures
- Promoting the use of assessment results to improve teaching and learning
- Establishing working and open communication relationships with key stakeholders from all AA/AS areas on campus to c...
